The Buccleuch Group employed View Marketing in 2008 to undertake a marketing activity plan with the short term objective of increasing visitor numbers to Drumlanrig Castle and Country Estate during the 2008 season.
Together with the team at Drumlanrig, View developed a targeted marketing campaign engaging the local community and tourism industry. A strategically focussed programme of events, PR and e-marketing campaign assisted in the dramatic increase in visitor numbers.
Following the success of the campaign, View was employed to undertake a product development and marketing campaign for the 2009 season. The results driven product development plan and creative marketing campaign has delivered an impressive 62% increase in visitor numbers over two years.
